Food, Wine and great Company with Montpellier Wines

Guests were treated to an array of great Wines and Food on Saturday evening with the latest Food and Wine Pairing with Montpellier Wines from Tulbagh. The Pairing menu started with an asparagus and preserved fig salad, followed by a slow cooked rib dish, a Venison, juniper berry and plum casserole and finished with an apple and guava crumble served with a grenadilla parfait.
