Since the GRAZE team created this dish for a wine pairing event with Vrede en Lust wines last year, Graze clients have been asking for here is the dish which will be on our daily Specials Board whilst the tuna loin is available. The tuna is lightly marinated in Asain spices and very quickly seared on a very hot griddle, the tuna is left to cool and sliced and set on micro greens, red quinoa and fresh watermelon with a soy, ginger and sesame oil dressing drizzled over.....amazing flavours, stunning looking dish...
